He specialises in a broad spectrum of financial regulatory, compliance, corporate governance, and financial re-structuring & transaction matters, serving domestic and international financial institutions, insurance companies, FinTech companies, and other regulated entities.With a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry dynamics, Olli delivers innovative, high-quality solutions to clients operating in complex and highly regulated markets. His expertise extends to guiding businesses through intricate compliance challenges and structuring financial transactions to align with both domestic and international regulations.

Olli’s work involves close cooperation with the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and other relevant supervisory authorities, leveraging his extensive regulatory knowledge to ensure seamless interactions and compliance. Additionally, he has acted as an outsourced compliance officer for multiple companies, providing tailored, hands-on support to enhance their compliance frameworks and corporate governance practices. In addition to his legal experience, Olli has held significant positions of trust within the financial sector and regulation. He was a founding member of the Fintech Finland association and served as its long-term chairman. Furthermore, since 2022, he has been the chairman of the Supervisory Council at Saldo Bank UAB.
